Textual content description equipped via the architects. A small non-public home is situated in a picturesque position about 30 km from Riga. The land plot is at the boarder of the woodland and is situated close to the Gulf of Riga. A separate place of the constructions (space and storage) at the website is because of the truth that they had been erected at the in the past current foundations. The constructions are hooked up via a terrace.
The home is functionally divided into two portions: the primary and visitor spaces. Connection between the zones is performed via an indoor passage within the development, which visually connects the courtyard with the woodland. For exterior completing and the terrace, Latvian granary board impregnated with a hydrophobic compound was once used. The roof and facades of the home are completed with anthracite status seam roof panels.
From the visitor aspect of the home there’s a small roof overhang and a mini-terrace for storing firewood for a picket range in the lounge. At the terrace from aspect of the master bedroom there may be an out of doors bathe. Inside of the home is minimalist: easy completing, loss of catchy main points and decor, ecological fabrics. Emphasizing the relationship between the woodland and the internal is the primary idea of this mission.
A laconic inner background is created with the assistance of Latvian birch plywood and Douglas fir floor.
The principle area of the home is the kitchen-living room with a Five-meter-high ceiling and a dismal plywood “field”, through which the primary technical rooms are concentrated (laundry-boiler room, visitor rest room, front corridor). In different rooms the ceiling is suspended hiding the development’s engineering apparatus (air con, air flow, and so forth.)
The visitor a part of the home is separated from the primary space via a lined passage. The visitor bed room has a spacious rest room with a small sauna and a bath.
