A minimalist place of dwelling with an impressive concrete roof coated in grass by Studio MK27. Located in Porto Feliz, Brazil the architects describe the home as “a thorough workout in horizontality”– a facet ceaselessly explored by the architectural studio of their initiatives. The inexperienced roof mimics the encompassing garden supported at once by pillars which can be disbursed modularly by 3 axes. Under the roof are two programmed areas: one incorporates the provider spaces similar to a gymnasium, a television house and playrooms and the opposite incorporates the 5 en-suite bedrooms. The dwelling rooms are “situated on the extremities and may also be totally opened or closed by sliding glass doorways, remodeling all of the space right into a terrace.” A brick wall surrounds the development that softens the tension of its oblong shape and “defines the other relationships between the inner and exterior areas.”
